County's 13% Occupancy Tax included in daily rate We are located in the Sierra foothills of Gardnerville Nevada, only a 15-20 minute drive to Lake Tahoe, 25 minute drive to Carson City, 5 minute drive to historic Genoa and 45 minute drive to Reno. Our property is known for the beautiful views of Carson Valley, lovely Sierra mountains, hiking, close to fishing, skiing, cycling... Mott creek runs year round through our property and you'll enjoy the calming sounds of the creek during your stay. If you love the outdoors- fishing, hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, site seeing, eagle watching, cycling or motorcycling, this is a great place to stay. If you're into great music, like to do some gaming, or love the night life we have that too. We live on five acres and boast that this is one of the most beautiful places to live!! Our private residence is located on the property in front (see photos) of the guest-house, but you will have all the privacy you desire. During your stay you will have access to the entire guest-house! It's set up to be comfortable, with beautiful décor and everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. We want you to have your privacy and enjoy your stay. We are always available so feel free to reach out. We live in a nice development of custom homes in the Sierra foothills, Black Diamond Estates. We are at the end of the road and love the quiet and peace the area provides. It's a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy nature... Best way to get around is by automobile or motorcycle... We have a running creek on our property and want you to know, if you bring children they are not allowed to go in the creek. Beside it's really cold water...
