Quiet area. 20 min from Frederick, MD or 1 hour to D C or Baltimore or 45 min to Gettysburg or to Fairfield, PA for skiing. Private entrance with farmland scenery out back of townhouse. Parking space for 2 cars. NO PETS facility but Several kennels nearby. Please No Smoking allowed inside.. may use bench out front. Even though this suite is attached to our home, it is very quiet. you have a private entrance into unit. Use of whole town-house type suite. Please state # of people staying when inquiring . Not suitable for under age 2. We love to meet our quests only if they so desire. The quiet haven is all about a peaceful setting. We try to respect your privacy but want you to know that you have our phone #s that can send texts and our email address in the unit booklet when you arrive so that you have our contact information while staying in our unit. We are in a small country-town setting but close to Frederick. Washington DC, Baltimore, Gettysburg etc We are in a small country town outside of Frederick, MD. There is parking available for the Airbnb guests on the left side of the driveway facing the house. 2 cars can park behind each other. When you arrive...your parking space is on the left of the driveway. Please pull up to the cement pad close to the solar light. If you back in when arriving, it helps in unloading. Room for second vehicle to park behind you. If arriving after dark, a security light automatically comes on for your private entrance area. Key pad code will be given to you the week before arriving. Once inside the outside entrance, the door to the unit is straight ahead. We will leave it unlocked for you. Keys will be on the kitchen counter with the unit booklet. Feel free to adjust the thermostat which is located upstairs in the small bedroom.
