It is a 10 minute drive from Granite Peak and many other recreational attractions. Close to the Central Wisconsin Airport. This place has a fenced in backyard. The whole yard is usable for guests. However, the sheds contents are off limits. Guests also have full access to the interior of the house, with the exception of the garage and electronic lock secured closets. Guests will be able to check in whenever is convenient after 3pm on the day of check in. I can be reached by text, phone, or Airbnb app message. Quiet upper middle class neighborhood. Nice neighbors, with a mix of younger and older families, with relatively busy lives, so they pretty much stick to themselves. I'm sure you'll love it as much as we did. While I lived at the property my wife and I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, runs, short jogs, and longer bike rides to the east of the property around the roughly 2 mile loop we would circle around a few times and then maybe head home to do some grilling out for dinner. It was also fun heading over to Jake's Lake(a pond really) and throwing in the kayaks. We usually had the place to ourselves. And it was close. Just down Kowalski, back toward the highway, near the frontage road. Maybe you could find some time to give it a try yourself? The best way to get around is by car. However, if you want to get some exercise and explore the area, a bike can be provided, just ask. Heating and cooling is controlled by a high tech Nest thermostat. Close all windows and doors before using. If help is needed using the thermostat, please ask. If no one is detected in the house, after a while it reverts to a conservation mode. All that is really necessary to activate it is to walk by it in the hallway, or wave your hand in front of it. After that just adjust to your comfort level.
