This condo is centrally located in the best part of Praia, in Palmarejo: ● Supermarkets, pharmacy, fitness center, restaurants, ice cream shop, postal office and banks, right downstairs. ● Police station and new Praça Center (shopping mall) are also a 2-minute walk. ● The popular Kebra Canela beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute affordable cab ride. It's all about location, location, location. If what they say is true, then you have found the best possible location in Praia. We highly recommend using local taxi to get around. Buses are also an option albeit with a somewhat unreliable schedule. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there's no one living on-site 24/7.
