Our peaceful St. Elmo home is a charming and modern living space centrally located near downtown Chattanooga. This cozy home allows you to live the quiet country life with convenient access to the city. You will adore the charm of this renovated 1950's home with breathtaking views of Lookout Mountain. The location allows convenient access to downtown Chattanooga while our space provides a peaceful safe haven to escape to. Our home has a farmhouse meets minimalist style that happily accommodates up to four guests and even more paws. The large outdoor space and huge fully fenced in yard are sure to make your furry friends happy. As a guest in our home, you will have access to two bedrooms. One has a king sized purple mattress with easy access to one bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The second bedroom provides a designated work space and an all memory foam queen mattress. The large kitchen has newly installed stainless steel appliances and provides ample space for your family. The front porch swing provides a relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful sunset while the covered side porch offers you views of the woods and a cozy space to relax. You will have access to the entire home. This is our primary residence so while you are a guest in our home, we will be traveling. We are accessible by phone and usually reply within a few hours. We will leave guests with our personal number in case of urgent issues. St Elmo is a charming, family friendly neighborhood. Local restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. There is a newly renovated playground a few blocks away. There is also a paved greenway where you can walk, run, or bike. Our drive way fits three small cars or two larger cars. There is also access to street parking.
