There is a desk, Mini Fridge, Keurig, and microwave. The small table and chairs indoors can be used for eating or playing games. Enjoy your morning coffee on the side deck. The back yard is fenced for privacy and we love pets. You will have your own private entrance with keypad at the back of the house. The backyard shared w/ kids & dog. Your queen sized bed will always be lined with fresh sheets .You have a huge bedroom, there's a table and chairs, privacy blinds, or curtains on all 3 windows. You will always find clean towels soap and shampoos in your bathroom. You can stay here at the deluxe suite and just relax, pull up a chair, read a good book, or go for a walk in our charming neighborhood. There is a queen sized air mattress available for extra guests. You will have access to the back yard, the bedroom and full private bathroom and hallway. You'll be able to hang up your things in the closet. Wifi access available. We live in the other part of the house . It is totally up to you as the guest how much interaction we have. I enjoy meeting new people but I totally respect that you might just want to be alone. If you need anything, please feel free to message me . We live in a charming, quiet, older neighborhood with a community garden, a park, and small lending library stand. We have a neighborhood watch program that I play a big part in. We all help each other when we need something. Quick access to downtown. 6 minutes from Lansing center 5 minutes to Potters Park Zoo 5 minutes to downtown 5 minutes to Hawk Island minutes from Quality Dairy minutes from Lansing Public Library 7 Minutes to Meijers Grocery Store minutes to multiple restaurants Urber , Lyft , Taxi , the CATA bus route will take you anywhere in the Lansing area. Walking distance to a park and local public Library. You can bike to Hawk Isand and enjoy a day at the beach or take your dog to the dog park. I do have a cat "Max "and a dog named "Chloe" she is 7 yr old black lab who is very friendly and well trained. We will be sharing the back yard space with my kids. I have 1 parking space in my driveway and there is free parking on the street .
