All bedrooms are located on the second floor to provide added quiet and privacy. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. Also conveniently located upstairs are the laundry facilities. The washer and dryer are free to use, so no need to rush out and get quarters just to have clean clothes. Downstairs you will find a spacious living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in front of the 55” flat screen TV equipped with Apple TV. No cable is offered but you'll be able to log in to your personal streaming services. Free wifi is provided, so be sure to connect on your smartphone, laptop, and other gadgets. Feel the freedom to create those home-cooked meals often missed while you’re on vacation. The kitchen is equipped with all you might need, including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, tea kettle, and coffee maker. There is also a BBQ located on the lanai. Comfort control is provided by the house’s split-system AC with vents in each bedroom, as well as one in the living room/dining area. On top of that, each bedroom has a ceiling fan with another located in the living room. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.
