Lots of windows make it bright. French doors open to a 16x16 deck leading to large fenced in yard. House is good for couples, business travelers, families, friends and pets. Close to downtown, public transportation, highways, Lake Quannapowitt, Breakheart, 9 mile to Encore Casino & <15 miles to Boston & Salem. Our 3 bedroom home has a lot of living space and so many benefits compared to renting a hotel room. We especially think you will like the big deck and large fenced in yard! Wakefield is a beautiful town less than 15 miles from Boston and Salem. There are a lot of touristy things to do nearby and New Hampshire and Maine beaches are relatively close (there are also some great ones in MA). It is a great place to bring your family and very safe. Wakefield is known for Lake Quannapowitt - people come from all over to "walk the lake" (3.3 miles). We are happy to help you figure out fun things nearby, so don’t hesitate to ask questions if you would like our help :) Guests will have access to the entire house and yard (except for the attic and the garage). If I am local, I will be there to help if/when needed but I like to give you the privacy you would have as if you were checking into a hotel. My family lives in Wakefield, so if there is support needed that I cannot provide due to being too far away, someone is always nearby to help where/when needed. I am always available and happy to help via text or phone with any questions you have about the house or area. We are pet-friendly, but there is a $75 charge when bringing your furry family which covers the extra cleaning costs. Wakefield is a suburb and while neighbors tend to keep to themselves, they are always friendly and say hello. The commuter rail is about a 5 minute walk away and there are express trains to Boston (only one other stop in Malden to get to North Station/Boston). There is also bus service that can bring you to the subway. If you want a rental car, Enterprise is right up the street and will drop a car off to you. I am a walker, and regularly walk to downtown, Lake Quannapowitt, and other random places. Breakheart Reservation is about a 7 minute drive and has a lot of trails and a lake you can go swimming at. It is such a nice town with a lot to offer at any age. -Pets: -All pets must be friendly and covered under my home-owners policy (ex. my insurance does not allow bully breeds like pitbulls). -There is an extra charge of $75 per pet per stay. -There is a maximum of 2 pets per stay unless approval is received. -AC window units are in windows May-Sep -Internet is provided (for legal usage).
