Only a short walk from Black Rock where you can snorkel and swim with the giant Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles and Maui's colorful fish. Work schedule is 8am to 4pm Monday thru Fridays, any may include weekends. Starting on January 1, 2024 the daily Resort Fee will be $31/day plus tax and is payable when you check in at the front desk, which covers parking and resort amenities. On April 1, 2024 the fee will increase $33/day and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. Guests may not smoke in the individual condominiums, nor on the lanais, nor in any common areas. This includes any type of vaping as well. *** Fresh linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided, as well as kitchen items: drip style coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware and dish towels. In addition, each condo is equipped with a complimentary "Starter Kit" of supplies: Paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, new kitchen sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar soap, shampoo, and lotion. Please note that the starter kit items are not replenished. Daily or mid-stay cleaning can be added for an additional fee, as maid service is NOT included. PLEASE NOTE: Our minimum night stay is 5 nights and 10 nights during the Christmas and New Years Holiday. However shorter stays may be available if they back up to an already confirmed reservation.
