This unit is rented on a 30-day minimum reservation with competitive rates. Competitive rates mean affordable average daily rates even when guests plan not to utilize the entire 30-day window during their stay. I would love to host you! Listen to the roar of crashing waves as you sip your coffee in the morning or your cocktail at night. I want you to feel as if it is your home away from home. Makaha has a country atmosphere. It is home to many locals which offers the feel of living amongst neighbors who embrace the Hawaiian culture. The unit comes fully equipped with beach fun accessories....Boogie Boards, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and towels. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, a coffee maker and blender for all of your cooking needs. Linens and bath towels are provided as well. Cable TV and WIFI are there for your enjoyment. There is an air conditioner in the front room to keep you cool. Included is free parking and guests must check in at the security office to obtain a temporary parking pass in which I will tell them you will be arriving. This parking pass must be returned upon checking out of the property. Coin laundry facilities are right on the property near the parking structure. The property has 2 well-maintained swimming pools, a BBQ area, spa and gym for your pleasure. There is 24hr security onsite and a private entrance to the beach which feels very secluded! About 20 minutes away, check out the Ko'Olina area that hosts some great restaurants for lunch and dinner such as Monkey Pod Kitchen and for breakfast Eggs and Things. The Aulani Disney and Four Seasons Resorts are right there for your enjoyment. If you want to attend a Luau, Paradise Cove is conveniently close to the resorts. Come and put your toes in the sand! Watch Dolphins and Whales outside your sliding glass door! Hawaii state & Oahu local taxes (14.75% total) will be added to rental charge. Makaha is one of the most culturally local areas in all of Hawaii. It is not a tourist trap. The friendly people and quaint shops make this area unique and memorable. There is a Bus Stop nearby where you can access THE BUS to all kinds of places on the island. We also have taxis, Uber and Lyft available. Ko'Olina is only about 20 minutes away in a car where you can enjoy Disney's Aulani Hotel and the Four Seasons Resort. Waikiki is about 40 minutes away with traffic permitting. There is a manual inside the unit outlining the house rules according to the AOAO.
