Welcome to Napili Point! This oceanfront 1 bedroom directly on the stunning Honokeana bay is a relaxed, contemporary space designed to create special memories in a stylish, comfortable environment. Fully remodeled, this air conditioned property is surrounded by water with quick access to Napili bay beach (one of the Maui's favorite beaches), and there are no hidden resort or parking fees! This condo is perfect for couples, small families, or anyone looking for a great base to explore the island. We were inspired to create this updated retreat by our desire to share a vibrant, inviting space that offers style and comfort. What initially made us fall in love with this 720 sq ft condo was the view! Directly in front is Honokeana Bay - a hidden gem that features top notch snorkeling, while the views provide endless sunsets over shimmering blue waters. Located in Napili point, Napili beach is just moments walk, and the property is tucked away in an amazing corner of west Maui. Close to Kapalua, Lahaina and Ka’anapali, it is possible to do so many recreational activities; beaches, world-renowned golf resorts, cultural landmarks,shopping and restaurants are all within easy reach. Living/Dining: The living room features a comfortable sectional, an oakwood dining table featuring 4 chairs, a breakfast bar for two, and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away! Living room – Features 1 full size convertible Sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children Lanai: The oceanfront lanai offers seating for 4 – it’s perfect spot to end (or begin!) the day. Bedroom: The bedroom features a king size bed and eclectic accents with a mixture of comfy pillows and crisp white linens. We also offer a comfortable, brand new memory foam fold out sofa bed in the living room for extra convenience. Bedroom - Features 1 King size bed Kitchen: We updated the kitchen with new appliances and tile flooring for efficiency and comfort. The space is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, and everything you need for a night in. In addition, the complex features two oceanfront gas grills and picnic table that are available for your use. Entertainment and Extras: A 60” Flatscreen HDTV located in the living room features cable, as does a second smaller tv in the bedroom. We also provide free wifi, and a marshall blue tooth speaker. In addition, there is two beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for your use. EXTRAS: We are excited to offer a split unit AC in both the living and bedroom - a rare luxury in this area - and an in unit washing machine and dryer, to make sure your travels remain comfortable and clean. Bathroom: The home features a brand new full bath with a deep soaking tub. We provide fresh towels and a starter pack of necessities that include shampoo, soap and conditioner to make sure you set off on the right foot. The complex: NO RESORT OR PARKING FEES! The condo complex is perfectly located for easy access to amazing snorkeling, and includes it's own saltwater pool, two oceanfront BBQ grills and picnic tables, and beautiful, winding grounds that evoke old Hawaii. The resort also features free, unassigned parking, and there are no added resort fees! Guests have unlimited private access to the entire condo during their stay, as well as access to communal areas within the complex such as the saltwater pools, oceanfront BBQ grills and picnic tables. While we will not be at the house during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions anytime! We also offer an on island emergency contact service to verify that you are 100% taken care of if any unforeseen issues arise. Napili Bay is a classical crescent-shaped bay with a sandy beach, located at the northwest "corner" of Maui. The bay is quite secluded and still preserved with the natural beauty and charm of a tropical beach. Napili Bay is "old school" Hawaii; at the oceanside, one doesn't see high rises, strip malls, or tour vans. Both Napili and Kapalua seem removed from the bustle of other parts of Maui--serene and low key. While many items are walkable from the condo, and there is a bus line available directly next door we strongly recommend renting a car to explore maui!
