The beach is private and great for kids, The rooms are large and very comfortable, There are ocean views from all over the property, We have longboards and snorkeling equipment available, and at high tide both surfing and snorkeling are great to do right out front, at low tide there are endless tide pools to walk around and enjoy. You can buy fresh fish and lobster daily just a 2 minute walk down the beach north, straight from the fisherman at around 9.00am. The house is off grid and runs off solar and generator power. The A.C. runs only when the generator is running. The price includes 13 hours a day of generator use, The typical time for A.C. use is siesta time, around noon till 3.00pm and then all night long, But that is up to you when you want to use that. The generator is far from the house and you will not hear it running. There is also solar power all day that runs everything else in the house. There is indoor and outdoor dinning area and fully stoked kitchen with everything you will need for cooking. Also two refrigerator, freezers, 2 stoves and a propane b.b.q. The indoor kitchen, dinning area has A.C. and great ocean views, The outdoor kitchen, dinning area sit right above the pool with 180 degree ocean views All four rooms have private bathrooms and A.C. units The master suite has a king size bed and a private living room, There is also a option of making it a double room with a queen bed and a king bed The view room has a queen size bed The standard room has two queen size beds The Mini master has a queen size bed and a private living room. The road into the property is a rough dirt road and you will need 4x4 part of the year, We also offer transportation service from anywhere in Nicaragua.
