In the event of any emergency, please call 9-1-1. Our host is available Monday-Friday 9am to 9pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am-7pm. Any calls made after these hours, will result in speaking with an after hours call center. They will assist you as best as they can, until office staff returns promptly at 9am. All maintenance calls will halt at 6pm, and will resume the next morning at 9am. Pigeon Forge, in East Tennessee, is surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and beautiful scenery for every season. Our town is made up of a delightful mix of life-long residents, young families attracted by nature's beauty, and folks who have chosen to spend their retirement years in Pigeon Forge. The Pigeon Forge and Sevierville Trolley System were established to bring mass transit to the two cities for the purpose of helping to keep the Smoky Mountain air clean for locals and visitors alike. It is probably the best way to see the sites of the area so that you do not have to pay attention to traffic and can just focus on looking for the fun. Our motto is, “Park your cares and ride with the bears!” Currently there are 6 routes, North Parkway, South Parkway, Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Gatlinburg Welcome Center and Wears Valley Road. All of our routes originate and end at the Trolley Station. The station is located in the Old Mill District on Old Mill Drive. Just turn at traffic light #7 and look for the parking lot with all the Trolleys. If the parking lot is full you can also park at the new Municipal Parking Lot located on Teaster Lane.
