Our condo is conveniently located in walking distance of the capital. Peaceful neighborhood with wide streets. PLEASE NOTE: The condo is located up two flights of stairs. Kitchen is completely equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, including a K-cup coffee machine. (Just bring your K-cups) Frankfort is a vibrant town located in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. 1 small dog may be permitted with pre-approval - $75/stay Our updated 2 BR, 1.5 BA condo is located in an older condo complex nestled in a quiet downtown Frankfort residential community - within minutes from the capital and downtown businesses and restaurants. It features an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining room and living room. A washer and dryer are located in the master bedroom, for those looking for an extended stay. There is also a small desk and office chair for those needing to work remotely. Our condo has one reserved parking spot near the common, secured entrance (shared with five other condos). There is additional street parking available at no charge. Climbing two flights of stairs gets you to the top floor and our condo. We provide electronic check-in, so there’s no need to schedule a specific check-in time. We are always available via messaging, phone or text to answer any questions you may have. We often stay in our personal unit in the same condo complex, and are responsive to any questions or concerns any hour of the day or night. We strive to provide you with a “five-star” experience! The historic neighborhood is going through a renaissance and renewal. The streets are wide, the people friendly and the location convenient for walking, exploring, working remotely, etc. It is a 10-minute walk to the capital grounds and a 15-minute walk to downtown restaurants. There’s plenty of free, on-street parking very near the condo complex. Walking and biking are great ways to explore the surrounding neighborhoods. Both the king and the queen mattresses are firm, and are covered by waterproof mattress protectors. The 450 thread count sheets, duvet cover and towels are new as of 9/21, and there are a wide variety of pillows available - from firm to soft. We also own the unit right below this unit, and host guests through Airbnb there too. Should these guests make too much noise, especially between 10 pm and 7 am, please let me know and I will address it with them. And, the same holds true for your group, as the floors are laminate and sound carries to the unit below. Mutual consideration is what we ask. If you have no previous Airbnb reviews and/or live local, please take the time to introduce yourself and the reason for your visit through Airbnb message. I will need these details before I can accept your request. NOTE: Person reserving the condo MUST be a part of the party that is staying in the unit. Renting the unit on behalf of others (e.g. work crews) is NOT permitted. Regarding supplies: we provide an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and an initial supply of K-cup coffee. You’ll need to bring any additional supplies you’ll need during your stay.
