One bedroom with one queen bed, one bath and a queen sofa bed (sleeps four). Maui Vista is just steps from Charley Young beach and the location in the 2nd building affords peace and quiet. Enjoy the 3 pool areas, 6 tennis courts and 3 barbecue areas on the property. The unit has a renovated, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and an island for extra counter space and dining. One bedroom furnished with a comfy Queen size bed. The bathroom is upgraded with granite countertops, stone tile and bamboo glass accents on the walk-in shower. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and chair, flat-screen TV & DVD player. The lanai, with its beautiful garden & partial ocean views, is a perfect place to enjoy romantic twilight dinners. Brand new wall AC unit in the living room and portable window unit in bedroom. Building Amenities: Guests at Maui Vista have access to three pools and six tennis courts and plenty of bar-b-que areas. Other things to note Our home is very well appointed. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full dresser and a closet. The living room has a double sofa bed, very comfortable for two additional guests. A large flat-screen TV with Cable. There is a house phone with free long distance calls to the US and Canada. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a closet in the main hallway equipped with beach gear. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and has a lot of modern conveniences including a washer and dryer. We provide dish soap, soap for the dishwasher, bar soap, and paper towels. There are also plenty of spices for cooking. The kitchen has a coffee pot as well as plates, glassware utensils, pots and pans, and everything you need for creating home-cooked meals.
