One quarter mile away is a shopping mall that has a KTA large grocery, restaurants, Walgreens, etc. Just the other side of the complex is the Kona Country Golf Course which you may golf on. Complex has 3 professional tennis courts and a large outdoor pool. 1/2 mile away is the best snorkling beach in Kona. Most guests rent cars and one private parking spot is allocated apprx 20 feet from Townhouse. Know there are visitor spots throughout the gated complex. Summer months in Hawaii can get hot.
