Our village offers common areas that you can discover, whether to do yoga, read a book, sunbathe or relax in company. You will have access to the spa gazebo, fire pit and bbq area which are walking distance in our Phase I location. This is more than just a tiny house surrounded by native desert flora at the footsteps of a pristine beach. This is about experiencing Baja California Sur … beaches, surf, fishing and wildlife, sunsets, dining and entertainment…. Baja has it all. Everything in the Tiny Home is yours to enjoy privately, including the outdoor patio. There are nice, behaved dogs on our property, and we ask you only bring nice, behaved dogs. The village consists of four tiny houses, located on the outer edges of the property, surrounding a fire pit. On the west end, on the way out the beach, a surf and bike rack. Please note there is no public transportation to/from Cerritos, or within Cerritos. We strongly suggest you rent a car, or make appropriate arrangements. Even though the beach and all local attractions are within walking distance, we offer bike rentals, if you want to enjoy a nice bike ride through the hills of Cerritos. 》Hot water – our system is designed to provide 5 minutes of hot water for each showers at an average temperature of 35*C (95*F), max temperature of 37*C (98*F). Electric boiler requires al least 5 to 10 minutes of wait time between each use to assure temperature. 》Hair dryer available upon request. 》Internet: We offer complementary internet service for your enjoyment. (Provider: TodosOnline / speed: 15MB). If you have any issues with internet service please contact your hosts, and do not reset, or tamper in any way with the router.
