This well-equipped townhome is spacious with over 1900 sq ft and is a perfect fit for families as well as couples. Well designed with guest comfort in mind, this property is ideal for you to make memories that will last a lifetime. There is a fully equipped kitchen to make meals in if you choose and with your private BBQ on the lanai, it makes it super easy to cook up the fresh catch of the day! The property is located within minutes of The Shops at Mauna Lani which include Foodland, many restaurants such Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Sushi Shiono to name a few. Be sure to try the Ahi tuna tacos at Tommy’s – delicious!
The main level consists of the kitchen, inside dining area, a comfortable living area with easy access to lanai, the Master Suite with a private en-suite bathroom and a shared half bath. The master bedroom includes a King bed and offers access to the lanai as well. The en-suite bath include a dual sink vanity, bathtub and a walk-in shower.
On the second level you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds. All bedrooms in this home are equipped with TV’s.
There is central air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans for those days that the AC is not needed. Free WIFI as well as long-distance calls to Canada & US Mainland are also included.
Kulalani offers a recreation center with 2 swimming pools, two outdoor spas, exercise gym and indoor/outdoor showers. The Mauna Lani Resort area contains two championship golf courses and you have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club.
