Amazing Ocean Views from your private pool and lanai! Keauhou Estates - Eono
This four bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in the gated community of Keauhou Estates.  Keauhou Estates is very well situated and is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a golf course. 
The front door opens to the living area, looking through the large glass sliding doors to the spacious lanai with a private swimming pool and spectacular ocean views. The large lanai offers both ample sunny and shaded/covered lanai space. The large kitchen and dining area are also located on the main floor with views to the pool area. The master bedroom enjoys ocean views and entry to the lanai, has a King bed and master bath with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed upon request & for a fee, a lanai and bathroom 2 is located on the main level of the home. Very private from the main level of the home are bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queen beds and a shared bathroom 3 located in the upper level.
This home has a bonus room with a ping pong table with ocean views located on the main level.
The poolside lanai is elevated above Kamehameha III Rd which provides incredible ocean, coastline and sunset views.  Although subdued, traffic noise may be heard from the road while relaxing by the pool.
This is a no smoking, no pets property.  There is a 7 night minimum stay, 10 night minimum during Ironman and Holiday Season. Hawaii Tax ID: 100-066-0992-01. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home.  They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
