Located on the 4th fairway of the Hualālai Golf Course, this 3 bedroom townhome offers stunning expansive vistas from both upper and lower levels including the Pacific Ocean, Maui, and the Hualālai Mountains. Equipped with modern conveniences and decked out in style, this villa is perfect for a sumptuous family or friends vacation you’ll remember for years to come. Golf fanatic? Enjoy watching the Mitsubishi Electric Championship professionals play annually from this well positioned villa centrally located within the Resort community. 

From the villa foyer, beautiful inlaid tile and wood stairs lead you either upstairs toward the great room or downstairs toward the master bedroom. Upstairs, vaulted ceilings soar over the bright living and dining areas in the great room. A 70" flat screen and ample plush seating in the living area assures entertainment and comfort. A stately table with seating for 8 adorns the dining area and colorful art pieces on the walls echo the sway of the palms outside. Floor to ceiling pocket doors join the great room to the outdoor lanai for a fluid transition from indoor to outdoor living, island style.

Enjoy ocean, sunset, and golf course views from the great room, kitchen, and lanai. The lanai features dining seating for 6, 2 plush loungers, a built in BBQ and wet bar with under counter refrigerator and sink. The modern kitchen features mahogany, granite, and stainless steel. High end appliances, elegant recessed lighting, and ample counter and cabinet space outfit you in luxurious comfort and ease. A delightful outdoor breakfast lanai is off the back end of the kitchen, just past the mini-office center with built in desk and printer.

Beautiful wood floors throughout the villa and lush wall coverings in all three bedrooms extend your experience of class and grace. The 3rd bedroom and 3rd bath round out the upstairs. The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard and Mt. Hualalai beyond. The 3rd bath features granite countertops, walk-in shower, and the incredible Japanese Toto Washlet, boasting remote controls, heated seats, and bidet functions.


Downstairs is host to the master suite, 2nd bedroom, 2nd bath, laundry room, and bonus “retreat” room. The master suite boasts a king sized bed, walk-in closet, en suite bath, and opens to a private covered deck with garden views. Master bath enjoys his and hers sinks, an oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower, Toto Washlet, and outdoor shower garden ensconced in privacy walls. 

The 2nd bedroom is home to 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a private deck overlooking the courtyard. 2nd bath, right across the hall, features granite countertops, walk-in shower, and Toto Washlet. A laundry room with top of the line oversized washer and dryer and the bonus “retreat room” complete the downstairs. The bonus room is an ideal family room or “man cave”, offering a large flatscreen TV with external surround sound speakers, a wet bar with mini-fridge and sink, a sophisticated Celestron telescope and opens out to a covered deck with lawn access for tropical stargazing. 


Two 4-seater golf carts are included in your rental, for most enjoyable cruising around the resort grounds. World class Four Seasons Resort Hualalai amenities and shoreline are just a short golf cart ride away. Beach toys and snorkel equipment (for both adults and children) are also available for your enjoyment during on and off property beach excursions.

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai’s Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees, paid directly to the resort, are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $32.50-$125 (ages 5-13), Adults: $65-$250 (Ages 14+). All residential rental guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt in for selected consecutive days (minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay. Resort services, amenities and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly with the resort for the fees during your desired travel dates.
