Welcome to the Paina Hale – 3,900sq ft (363m2) Oceanfront beach house in Mokuleia, Oahu. The Paina Hale is a gated, 3-story beach house surrounded by tropical landscaping. The property offers complete privacy and is a perfect place for a family getaway or vacation.
The executive master suite occupies the entire 3rd (top) floor. The private lanai adjacent to this bedroom overlooks the ocean and front lawn, it is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee. Large windows combined with the wood floor, wood ceilings and original artwork are some of the many elegant upgraded features throughout the house. This executive master suite has a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, double sink and a large tub overlooking the ocean.
The second floor is the hearth of the house, making this house so incredibly special. On the mountain side of this floor is another large master bedroom. Similar to the upstairs bedroom, it offers a lot of privacy, has a walk-in closet, walk-in shower and a large tub. The main part of this floor is a combination of an open kitchen, dining area, open living room and wrap-around sundeck. This gourmet kitchen has a large island, long counter with tall chairs, food pantry, top-line appliances (including wine cooler) and everything else you need to prepare a perfect meal or a quick snack. The Monkey Pod wood dining table is one out of four dining tables in the house. The front of the living room has large glass windows, which amplifies the ocean views. Combined with the large wrap-around sundeck and elegant teak dining table, creating an indoor/outdoor experience, which is the essential essence of Hawaii living.
The main floor also has a half bath, and two additional bedrooms with ocean views - The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds (twin and full) and a workstation. The 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The lower part of the house is an open concept, combining the sleeping area’s. Keeping the flow between the king bed plus another bunk bed, formal living room with a beautiful wood base coffee table, large flat TV, and another dining table.  The ground floor also has two bathrooms – one full and another half bath connected with an outdoor shower. Large washer and drier station is tucked away in the backside of the house. The front of the ground floor has a large covered deck, a meticulously manicured grass lawn, and a BBQ station with side stairs connecting the ground floor with the upstairs.
